Limpio por dentro, muy desagradable el acceso, hay que subir muchas escaleras y no está céntrico Positive: El alojamiento está bien, aunque solo por dentro, es amplio, dormitorio, salón con sofá cama, pequeńa cocina y pequeńo bańo pero para subir hay que acceder por una puerta de un bar, entras a un pasillo super sucio y lleno de basura por el que apenas se puede respirar del olor a grasa, hay que subir 5 escaleras hasta el 2 piso… la anfitriona en principio es muy agradable, me mandó muchos mensajes informándome y me contestaba muy rápido a las dudas, incluso cuando necesite alguna ayuda. Le dejé el apartamento super limpio en agradecimiento y para mi sorpresa cuando me voy me manda un whatsap poniéndome que tengo que pagar 125$ por el servicio de limpieza. DE VERGÜENZA, obviamente ni le contesté ya que me parece un abuso que pagar 800€ por 4 días por un alojamiento en Chinatown, (teníamos que coger el metro todos los días para movernos) y encima me moleste para pedirle más. Negative: Cogí este alojamiento porque quería un apartamento y no encontré más pero sin dudarlo si volviera elegiría sin duda otro más céntrico en Manhattan y más cómodo

Appartement cosy et fonctionnel ! Positive: L'emplacement est top, en plein quartier animé de Chinatown et à deux pas de Little Italy, Soho et Nolita. Le logement était propre, grand, confortable, chaleureux. La communication avec le propriétaire était efficace et toujours disponible et flexible.

Cozy, well-kept, and a great base for resting and recharging between adventures in the city. Positive: My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment a lot. This was my second time staying there. Let's be honest, the building entrance isn’t the most inviting, but once inside the apartment, the experience is completely different. The apartment is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, the sheets were clean, and it really feels like a calm respite from the chaos of the city. The location is amazing, perfect for exploring everything nearby, and it was great to return to such a peaceful space at the end of the day. We watched movies on the couch, made popcorn, and get a very restful nights sleep. You couldn't hear any street noise inside the apartment cause the windows face the back of the building. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, so we saved quite a bit by having breakfast at home before heading out. While the common areas could use some improvement, the apartment itself is cozy, well-kept, and a great base for resting and recharging between adventures in the city.
