Very well located, air conditioning Positive: Location, practical, clean

A very enjoyable experience enabling easy access to exploring what New York has to offer. Positive: Great location enabling easy access to subways to explore New York, close to restaurants in Little Italy & China town.New air conditioning units worked very well during the heat wave. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Steep stairs to unit would be difficult for the elderly. Toilet a little cramped.

Very bad apartment Positive: Only that it was close to everything we wanted to do Negative: Where so I start, the apartment was like a sauna all day and night, no air-conditioning only a few fans which blew out warm air. No water pressure in the shower. The toliet had a big step to get into.We were given a lot of rules of what to do in the apartment, not aloud to speak to anyone in the block. We had to pick up and take the apartment key back to a deli shop which h is 10 - 15 walk with our cases.

Muy agradable Positive: La ubicacion, el departamento esta muy bien ubicado y tiene todos los transportes muy cerca, y el servicio del anfitrion fue excelente, siempre con la mejor predisposicion a nuestros requerimientos, estamos muy agradecidos. Negative: Solo que no tiene ascensor.
