Nasz pobyt w Nowym Jorku był wyjątkowy. Mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze tam wrócimy. Positive: Dobra lokalizacja. Tuż obok dzielnica Włoska oraz Chińska. a także sklepy spożywcze. Aby dotrzeć do centrum potrzebowaliśmy około 20 minut wraz z dojściem do metra.

Sadly we were disappointed in the apartment for the reasons we mentioned. Positive: Host was very responsive. Location was convenient for subways, and some tourist attractions were walkable. Negative: Apartment was old and a bit dingy with a bit of character. It was in a very noisy location, and the noise got worse in the evening with bar patrons, and revving cars etc, until the early hours of the morning. No washing machine but there is a laundromat at the entrance to the building. Lots of steps to get into the apartment, steps up from the street, then two flights of stairs to the door. Apartment is small. The toilet is very small and accessed from the living room, by a high step up, about 14 inches,to the toilet floor. Quite hazardous when you open the door to exit, if you forget yourself and step down. No wash hand basin either, you have to use the basin in the bathroom. An oven but no baking trays. Kitchen cabinets are really hard to access as they are extremely high up the wall.

Great location and the owner was very helpful. The building itself is very run down and so are some of the facilities in Positive: Excellent location. Negative: The building is run down and quite intimidating. I wouldn’t like to stay there with my family or wife.
