Maybe a shorter stay with less people. We stayed a week. Positive: Location was great - easy walk to subway. Shower always had hot water. Negative: Keys were kept at a lock box in a corner shop a 10 min walk away from the apartment. Apartment was very small for 4 people. It is 2 flights of stairs up. WC is a big step up to get into. NY was experiencing very hot weather. The Air con was not cooling down the apartment. The host told me to open the windows, which I tried to do and it nearly fell out. (Really needs looking at)

Positive: Convenient to great neighborhoods and easy access to transit. It's in NYC, so not a giant space, but it was comfortable for a family of 4, and, with a kitchen, a better value than getting 2 hotel rooms. The host communicated well. We would rebook for a future trip. Negative: Key pick up/drop off was straightforward and the host communicated well about it, but you have to walk about 7 blocks to a mini-mart to use a key drop system.

Perfect spot for a great NYC vacation! Positive: The location was perfect, very easy to get to Chinatown and Little Italy. The subway stations were very close by. The convenience of restaurants that are close by. A CVS very close by. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. The ever so popular Soho is very close to do shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this place. Negative: My only real complaint is I did not care for the toilet placement. However, it is New York and everything is just on a smaller scale when it comes to apartments ,so it’s definitely a memory.

A cozy stay in New York City Positive: A very convenient location allowed us to visit everything we wanted to. This apartment was wonderful for the four people in my family. Communicating with the host was easy, and they responded so quickly, even over the holiday season.
